Booking & Appointment Policies

How to book and manage your appointments

Reservations

• Online Booking: Available 24/7 through our secure booking system
• Phone Reservations: Call (551) 655-7458 during business hours
• Advance Booking: We recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance, especially for weekend appointments
• Group Bookings: Groups of 3+ require 48-hour advance notice and may require deposit

Confirmation

• Appointment Confirmation: You will receive email and/or SMS confirmation within 2 hours of booking
• 24-Hour Reminder: Automatic reminder sent 24 hours before your appointment
• Contact Updates: Please notify us immediately of any contact information changes

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation & Schedule Changes

• 24-Hour Notice Required: We require 24 hours advance notice for all cancellations and schedule changes
• Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $40 cancellation fee
• Emergency Consideration: We understand that emergencies happen and will consider individual circumstances

Rescheduling Guidelines

• Advance Notice: Schedule changes require 24 hours notice to avoid fees
• Availability: To ensure availability for all clients, we ask that rescheduling be kept to a minimum
• Same-Day Changes: Not permitted except in emergency situations

No-Show Policy

• Definition: Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice is considered a no-show
• Full Service Charge: No-shows are charged the full service price
• Future Bookings: Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future appointments

• Package Payments: Full payment required at time of purchase
• Special Bookings: Deposits may be required for appointments over $200 or group bookings
• Gratuity: Tips are accepted in cash only

• Service Packages: Package pricing locked in at time of purchase
• Consultation Fees: Complimentary consultation included with all services

Client Health Requirements

• Health Disclosure: Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect treatments
• Pregnancy: Please inform staff if you are pregnant or nursing - certain services may be modified or restricted
• Skin Conditions: Active skin infections, open wounds, or contagious conditions may require rescheduling
• Recent Treatments: Inform us of any recent cosmetic procedures, chemical peels, or laser treatments

Facility Cleanliness

• Sanitation Standards: All tools and equipment sanitized between clients per NJ Board of Cosmetology standards
• Licensed Professionals: All services performed by licensed, trained professionals
• Clean Environment: Facility maintained to highest cleanliness and safety standards
• Product Quality: Only professional-grade, authentic products used in all treatments

COVID-19 Safety Measures

• Health Screening: Temperature checks and health questionnaires may be required
• Face Coverings: May be required based on current health guidelines
• Spacing: Appointments scheduled to allow adequate spacing between clients
• Enhanced Cleaning: Increased sanitation protocols maintained throughout facility

• Concerns: Please address any concerns immediately during or after service
• Resolution: Management available to discuss and resolve any service issues
• Follow-Up: Post-service follow-up may be provided for certain treatments

Refund Policy

• Service Refunds: Refunds considered on case-by-case basis for unsatisfactory services
• Product Returns: Unused products may be returned within 14 days with receipt
• Gift Card Refunds: Gift cards non-refundable but may be transferred to another person
• Package Refunds: Partial refunds available for unused package services

• Balance Inquiries: Check gift card balance by calling or visiting our location
• Lost Cards: Replacement available with proof of purchase and small processing fee

Service Packages

• Validity Period: Service packages must be used within 6 months of purchase
• Service Substitution: Package services may be substituted with approval and price adjustment
• Sharing: Packages are transferable to immediate family members only
• Expiration: Expired packages may be renewed with additional fee
